App related queries:

The Diskova app is available on iTunes store as well as Google play store. Just type “Diskova” in the search bar and download the app with the following icon:
Downloading our app is completely free. However, if you want to start redeeming the offers, you will have to buy an annual subscription at the cost of FCFA 30,000.With this subscription you will have access to all the offers which you can use until the end of the year 2019.

The Diskova app gives you access to buy one get on free offers all over Abidjan. All you have to do is download the app, browse through the offers, activate your subscription at a cost of FCFA 30,000, click on the establishment offer and show your phone to the establishment. Once they have scanned your code, your offer has been redeemed and they will deduct the item/service offered from the final bill.

You will have a “my profile” section on the app, where you will be able to track how much money you have saved so far. You can also “favorite” any establishment if you want to save it for future reference.

You can rate the establishment after your visit, to let us know how your experience was.

Last but not least, you will be able to use the “near me” functionalities to see which establishments in your vicinity are giving offers on our platform.

Yes, you can share your subscription with others, however it is important to note that you will not be able to log in to the app on multiple devices at the same time. If you have registered with Facebook, then you will have to share your Facebook log in with your friends and family so they can access the offers.
Yes, your device will need to be connected to WiFi or data network in order to redeem the offers.
Most offers are to be redeemed between two people. However there are some offers which can be redeemed by a single person. Please read the terms and conditions of the offers prior to redemption.
You will have access to 3 offers from each establishment which are valid until the end of the year. If you have used up all of the offers before that time, you will not be able to use more unless you purchase a new subscription and register with new details.
Yes! Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, please ensure you read through them to avoid any misunderstandings. Some of the common restrictions are;

Offer valid only from Monday to Friday

Offer not valid for special menu items

Offer valid during specific timings

Some offers apply to brunches which only happen once a week

Reserve in advance

Reserve 1 week in advance (for hotels & lodges)

Offers not valid on public holidays

1 offer can be used per visit / per table / reservation

No, the offers can only be changed by the establishment on the 1st of January of 2019. Any offers after this time, will remain in place until December 31st 2019. If you buy the early bird offer with validity from September 2018 to 31st December 2019, you might find that some offers have been changed for the period 1st January - 31st December 2019
We will be constantly be adding new partner establishments throughout the year to allow you (our customers) to get as much as much out of your membership as possible.

General queries:

A partner establishment is one that has partnered up with Diskova to provide amazing offers to our Diskova members. The non-partner establishments, are those whose information can be retrieved on our website (not on our app) but which do not give any offers to Diskova members.

Purchase queries:

Your membership can be bought in 3 different ways:

1.Online through credit card purchase

2.Through mobile money (MTN / Orange / MOOV)

3.Diskova scratch card at FNAC stores across Abidjan

Refund queries:

At Diskova we want to be as transparent as possible with out customers. This is why we encourage all our customers to view the types of offers as well as their respective terms and conditions, before purchasing a Diskova subscription as we will not be able to refund you afterwards.

Refund will only be accepted in the case of faulty / non-functional activation code.
